International Patients
Mineliva supports patients travelling from abroad in their preferred language, from treatment planning to follow-up after they return home. The process begins with a remote preliminary assessment of your X-rays and complaints; a written treatment plan and estimated duration are shared with you before you plan your trip.
How it works
- 1Initial contact and X-ray sharing
Send your recent panoramic X-ray, any CT report and intraoral photographs together with a description of your complaint through our secure form. Your coordinator will contact you.
- 2Treatment plan and timeline
A dentist from the relevant department reviews your images. Possible treatment options, the estimated number of sessions and the length of stay required in Türkiye are shared in writing. The final plan is confirmed after a clinical examination.
- 3Travel planning
Your appointments are scheduled in advance according to the treatment stages. If two separate visits are needed, the interval between them is clearly explained.
- 4Transfer and accommodation coordination
Our coordination team can guide you on airport pick-up and accommodation options near the clinic. These services are provided by independent providers.
- 5Treatment and check-ups
Examinations, imaging and treatments take place according to the agreed schedule, with your coordinator available at every stage.
- 6Follow-up after you return
Your records and X-rays remain accessible in your patient portal. Follow-up consultations can be held online, and information can be shared with your local dentist when needed.
